Killer baked hot wings Well killer for me anyways

Today I decided to change up my hot wings recipe, for the better of course. I'll share what I did for the better of hot wings all over.
Prep Time: 45 min
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  2. 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot
  3. 2 large cloves garlic minced
  4. 8 pack fresh Amish chicken wings
  5. Large pinch of salt
  6. 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  7. 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Start out by mincing up both cloves of fresh garlic. Next cut your wing segments apart 16 segments in all, tossing out the last segment of course. Combine minced garlic, fresh ground black pepper, vegetable oil, and wing segments. Marinate at least 30 to 40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 325°. Place wings on cookie sheet and sprinkle small amount of salt on each. Bake wings for 75 minutes turning half way through or as needed for desired crispiness. Melt butter in measuring cup in microwave, add hot sauce to butter when thoroughly melted mixing well. Pull wings from oven and place in medium sized serving bowl. Toss wings with half of hot sauce mixture. Please wings back in oven for additional 5 minutes. Pull wings from oven placing back in serving/mixing bowl. Toss wings with additional sauce mixture to desired coating and serve hot from the oven.

Best served with beer of your choice.
