New updates

Since the deployment of the new site I've added many new features, fixed many bugs, and came up with many many ideas many of which I have already added to the site. Of course like I've said before and will say over and over again the sites ability to grow and become more than what it is, is only stoped by my ability to write code. Hove ever some of the things I've wanted to do sice the original version of this application have been created and implemented with great success.

Some of these features include the ability to tag everything on the site, articles, collections, files, and actually be able to use those tags to view the objects that were tagged. I have created a tag cloud, and added tagging to all functions. I've also fixed a number of bugs that came with the ability to tag them.

Another feature that I've added is an image gallery, otherwise how else would you view all those wonderful pictures that are uploaded to the site Though the galleries are still a little raw. In future revisions of the site I will greatly increase the useability and visibility of image galleries Along with image uploading I've also added support to upload files of almost all types. There are still some bugs to work out in this function but it works never the less.

One thing that the articles and images were missing was the ability to delete them. I'm also added this functionality to both. I was also able to include a nice confirm window using a little AJAX.

As I wrap up the next release of changes to the site my updates are comming to an end for the time being. Now it's time to load the site up with content. I've already been working on adding pictures, next it's time for some recipes a few technical articles and maybe even an "unbiased" opinion or two.
Thanks for visiting.

23. There is no such thing as a dumb question, so ask it ... once. Then write down the answer so that you don't have to ask it again. If you ask the same person the same question more than twice, you're an idiot (in their eyes).
